Potato Crusted Quiche

Make this recipe your own by adding a variety of fillings. I’ve listed a few below for inspiration:

Greek - spinach, tomato, black olives, feta, oregano

Mexican - salsa, bell peppers, cojita cheese, cumin, chili powder, onion, and garlic

Classic Veggie – mushroom, onion, bell pepper, thyme

Mediterranean – zucchini, tomato, feta, basil or oregano

Italian – sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, mozzarella, Italian seasoning

Broccoli Cheddar – finely chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese

Garden Herb – leek, spinach, parsley or chives

Pesto Veggie – pesto, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella

Mushroom Swiss – sautéed mushrooms, Swiss or Gruyère, garlic

Southwest Veggie – bell peppers, onion, jalapeño, smoked paprika

Fall Harvest – roasted butternut squash, goat cheese, sage
